For small and medium parcels BELIGI uses myHermes for its courier services. Large/Extra Large parcels we opt for the best service to deliver your garment. Once taken in for delivery/shipment and a track code has been proved we are no longer responsible for your order.
All items include shipping fees unless stated otherwise. International orders also include shipping fees unless stated otherwise. All shipments should consider parcel cover.
Orders made during 00:00 - 11:59 expect orders to be processed from the same day.
Orders made during 12:00 - 23:59 expect orders to be processed from the following day.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will [unless stated] not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Please provide details on the reasons for return.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. BELIGI. is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
Please make sure that the returns include your reference number with the returns address we provide.
Items taken from us for refund will be committed to.
Refunds are made via the portal that made the initial payment.
Refunds will be made from between assessment day to 14 days.

We are committed to providing you with a high quality product, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received or you do not wish to keep the items you ordered because they are no longer suitable/ or you have ordered the wrong item/or is no longer required then below is our refund policy.
Opened items are not-refundable.
This is only possible for unopened items. Please contact us from 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be new, must not be used and in its original packaging. On making contact you must detail what you with to return for a replacement.
*NOTE, we will charge you on the card provided the cost and difference of sending the exchanged item (s).
BELIGI uses PayPal services to conduct payments for orders.
You are charged for your order as soon as you have placed an order.
Payments are made through PayPal, the currency we use is £GBP.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
